1. Can I review my order before making payment?

Yes. You’ll be shown a full order summary including product name, quantity, and total price before payment. Please check carefully before confirming.

2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once payment is completed, orders — especially for digital items — are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. How long does it take to receive my digital product?

Most digital items are delivered instantly or within 5 minutes. Delays may occur if there is missing recipient information or a service interruption.

4. What happens if I enter incorrect recipient details?

We do not collect recipient details (e.g., mobile number or game ID) during checkout. You must contact customer service after purchase to provide the required information. If incorrect details are later provided, we are not responsible for any losses.

5. Why didn’t I enter a mobile number or game ID during checkout?

To ensure payment security and reduce form errors, we require customers to provide the mobile number or game ID only after the purchase is complete. Please contact our support team immediately after payment with your order ID and the correct input.

6. Are digital items refundable?

No. All successfully delivered digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. How secure is my data?

We use SSL 128-bit encryption to protect all customer data. Your privacy and payment details are processed securely, and never stored unnecessarily.

8. How can I track my order?

Digital products will be confirmed instantly via email. 

9. Do you serve customers outside Malaysia?

Currently, our services are available only to Malaysian customers using Ringgit Malaysia (RM) as the transaction currency.
