Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All digital products sold by MAAJ GAMES & SERVICES SDN. BHD., including game credits, gift cards, mobile reloads, and utility top-ups, are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed. This is due to the irreversible nature of digital transactions. We advise all customers to double-check their details (e.g., email, phone number, platform ID, region, or game account) before making a payment. In the event of an incorrect transaction caused by customer input, we will not be able to cancel, reverse, or refund the transaction.

2. Physical Products

Physical items such as accessories, merchandise, or bundled products may be returned if they are defective, physically damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must notify our support team within 3 working days of receipt and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and must include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt). Upon successful return and inspection, we will issue a refund, store credit, or product replacement within 7 to 14 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for physical items may be cancelled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed. If you believe there has been a system error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately. We may require additional identity verification for dispute resolution.

We fully comply with all relevant laws and export regulations set by the Malaysian government and international authorities. Certain products may not be available in specific regions due to licensing, tax laws, or digital platform restrictions.
