Delivery Method:
Digital delivery via email, mobile number, or in-app system (where applicable).

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Instant (1–5 minutes) for most transactions

• In rare cases, processing may take up to 1 hour due to verification or server delays

Note: Please ensure your email address and mobile number are correctly entered during checkout.

2. Physical Products (if applicable: Devices, Accessories, or Merchandise)

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reputable courier services including:

• Pos Laju (Malaysia)

• J&T Express (Malaysia)

• DHL / FedEx / UPS (for international orders)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and item size.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Tracking numbers will be provided once items are shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship physical products within Malaysia and selected international locations.

• For digital goods, delivery is global unless restricted by platform or product terms.

• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

5. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or failure to receive, the buyer may be responsible for reshipment fees.
